Delish Real Food Co’s Beer Bread Pre-mix Biltong: is an easy-to-use pre-mix that can be prepared and baked in the kitchen or outdoors. Just add beer and any additional ingredients to your liking and bake within an hour. All our pre-mixes are GMO Free and manufactured with Stone Ground Millstone Artisan Flour. This pre-mix is packaged in a 475g fully recyclable secure paper stand-up pouch with plastic lining that can easily be packed into your cooler box, side pannier, camping bag or picnic basket.
- What you’ll need: 330ml room temperature beer, butter/margarine
- Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 180˚C.
- Grease a medium size loaf pan and set aside.
- Empty the pre-mix into a bowl and add a room temperature beer.
- Mix until dough forms (DO NOT KNEAD) and transfer into your greased pan.
- Brush with melted butter or margarine.
- Bake the bread for +- 50 min or until its golden brown on top.
- Remove from pan and serve warm.
